We’re Hiring – Playgroup Manager
Twyning Playgroup is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Playgroup Manager to join our friendly village setting.
Location: Twyning Village Hall
Hours: 29 hours per week
Contract: Permanent, term-time only
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced early years professional to lead our small, welcoming playgroup. The successful candidate will provide visible leadership, support our dedicated staff team and ensure children continue to receive high-quality care, learning and experiences through play.
You will work alongside our experienced team, balancing time directly with children with responsibilities including:
- Leading and supporting staff
- Overseeing the EYFS curriculum
- Safeguarding and quality improvement
- Working with families and our Management Committee
- Supporting the day-to-day running of our charity playgroup
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds a Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
- Has experience of leading or supervising within an early years setting
- Is passionate about children's learning, development and wellbeing
- Can inspire and support a team
- Wants to be part of a friendly village community
