I also help mothers better connect with their daughters. As a qualified Mother Daughter Mentor my work focuses on helping mothers create the most enjoyable relationships with their daughters possible. Meaningful connections built upon trust, fun and respect. It has been my dream since having my daughter in 2009 and since overcoming the pain from the relationship with my own mother. It led me to do a lot of inner work, which means i have collected a lot of awareness and pragmatic tools that i now would love to share with you
My mission is to help mothers break the patterns of the past to raise confident young women. And to help young women embrace their unique selves. No matter where the relationship is currently at, if you could benefit from an even stronger relationship with your daughter, then I’d love to work with you. I have prepared and completed multiple courses and diplomas in Youth Mentorship, Mental Health and Wellness in Young Adults. I am a Level 1 Kriya yoga and Reiki practitioner and I have attended spiritual retreats, studied under Roberto Cere', Tony Robbins and currently volunteer for two children’s charities. My mentoring style brings together my real life personal and practical experiences and the teachings from my professional qualifications and formative education.
