Congratulations to our Unit Padre, Reverend Caz Mills on her Promotion to Chaplain (SCC), Royal Naval Reserve.

Since joining us, Caz has been a valuable asset to the ships company from both a spiritual and pastoral role, but also regularly engaging with cadets and staff outside of the padre role. She also maintains our strong historical link with St James' Church just a stones throw away from the unit

We are pleased to welcome Councillor David Osborne is the new Mayor of Tunbridge Wells for 2025/2026.

As well as representing the borough of Tunbridge Wells, it is customary for the Mayor to support local charitable causes. We are thrilled to learn that David has chosen Royal Tunbridge Wells Sea Cadets and Royal Marines Cadets (TS Brilliant) as the charity he will fundraise for.

As well as fund-raising for the Sea Cadets, David has also reintroduced the tradition of having a sea cadet supporting him at civic events during his term of office.

We wish Cllr Osborne all the best for his term in office and look forward to supporting all of his fundraising endeavours
