🌿✨ Family Hybrid Day at Wakehurst! ✨🌿

Join us for a fantastic family day out at Wakehurst Gardens on Friday 21st August 2026!

Our Hybrid Days are designed for the whole family to enjoy together. During the visit, young people will take part in a supported breakaway session with Aspens staff, while parents remain nearby to explore and enjoy the beautiful gardens.

As part of our East Sussex short breaks funded by East Sussex County Council.
Aspens are putting on a range of different activities throughout the summer holiday.
Our Summer holiday programme is open to those who live in the East Sussex County Council catchment area.
Booking is required for all activities taking place. For information on how to book onto the trips, see information page located at bottom of programme.

Join us on the beautiful River Arun for a family-friendly paddle adventure, no experience needed and all equipment provided. This Family Day is split into 3 sessions

Whether you fancy paddleboarding, kayaking, or a gentle canoe trip, there’s something for everyone to enjoy 💙

With 4 jam-packed weeks of camps, teens trips and hybrid days for young people and families, there’s something for everyone to enjoy in the summer holidays.

We’ll be in Chichester, Arun, Worthing and Mid Sussex between 27th July and 21st August.

Camps and Teens Trips are available to book now, with spaces limited.

What’s more…next week we’ll be releasing tickets for Hybrid Days – the family day which includes a breakout workshop for young people supported by Aspens staff. Your young people will have the comfort of knowing you are close by, whilst also having some independent time with peers and support from our lovely team. Meanwhile, parents can mingle and access refreshments, or just have some quiet time to themselves.

We’re proud to be partnering with a fantastic line-up of providers for this year’s summer programme, including:
• Luke Attfield Basketball Community
• Wellsprings Music, Drama and Circus Skills
• Dungeons + Dragons Playmaker Joe Banner
• Wintermoon Wellbeing
• Nadia Chalk (visual artist)
• Southdowns Amateur Boxing Club
• JOLF Junior Golf
• Wakehurst
• The Skate Farm
• Figment Arts
• Active Reality VR Experience
These sessions are open to young people aged 8-17 on the neurodevelopmental pathway (including but not limited to ASC, ADHD, SEMH – you do not have to have a diagnosis to participate).

As part of our East Sussex short breaks funded by East Sussex County Council. Aspens have planned a family day at Knockhatch Adventure Park in Hailsham on Sunday 26th July.
The event is open to those who live in the East Sussex County Council catchment area and is open to the whole family.
Aspens have not hired Knockhatch in its entirety, it is still open to the public on the day
Booking is required before attending the event.
