Did you know that ambulance crews don't always take people to hospital?

Paramedics assess people based on their individual needs and may provide treatment at home, refer to another service, or arrange transport to hospital where appropriate.

The right care isn't always in A&E.

Unfortunately, due to staff sickness absence, today's carers' meeting is no longer open to community members and will now be held as a closed meeting.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding.
