As our Administrative Engagement Coordinator, you'll coordinate and strengthen our engagement activity, ensuring community insight, evidence and lived experiences inform decision-making, service improvement and system influence.

📍 Truro Office
⏰ 30 hours per week (4/5 days)
💷 £24,428-£29,521 FTE (pro rata)
📅 Fixed term until May 2029 (subject to external funding)

Care environments are becoming safer and more accessible across Cornwall.

Following our visits, we highlighted concerns around maintenance, trip hazards, signage, accessibility and parking.

Providers acted by:

✅ Carrying out repairs and refurbishment work
✅ Improving signage
✅ Strengthening maintenance systems

This shows how listening to people and sharing their experiences can lead to positive change in health and care services.
