I had to make the very difficult decision to contact Torbay Children's Social Services due to, very real, safe guarding concerns for my two youngest sons when they are under their mother's care.
This is my truth of the difficulty I've had to face in the 2+ years since I first made contact with them.
I've had to complain to Torbay Council many times due to the treatment I've witnessed first hand from a department supposedly there to help vulnerable children in Torbay.
