We honestly cannot quite believe we’re writing this…

Our £1 Sale Weekend raised an absolutely incredible £5,058 for the cats!

What started as a weekend of amazing £1 bargains turned into something far bigger than we could have imagined, and we are completely blown away by the support.

A HUGE thank you to every single person who came through the doors, filled their bags, told their friends and families, and supported us over the weekend.

Every pound raised goes straight back into helping the cats who need us!

And, of course, an enormous thank you to our incredible shop team, volunteers and of course, our amazing Natalie who worked unbelievably hard to make the whole weekend happen. Sorting, organising, restocking and somehow keeping up with you bargain hunters!

Cardamom & Tumeric are settling in perfectly at foster, all that’s left to do now is watch them grow big and strong!

They’ve already had tons of adoption interest, so it seems we’re not the only ones completely smitten with these two! For now, they’ll be busy growing, playing and enjoying all the comforts of foster life.

Look who it is… Sweet and Murph!

These two now go by their new names, Miss Peach and Trevor, and it sounds like they’ve well and truly made themselves at home!

Trevor has apparently decided the house belongs to him and already has all the dogs wrapped firmly around his little paw. Miss Peach is a little more reserved, but she’s settling in beautifully and finding her confidence at her own pace.

We absolutely LOVE receiving updates like this. Seeing two of our former residents so settled, loved and completely part of the family is exactly what we hope for.

She was handed in to a vet in Torquay.

Things didn’t quite go to plan for our little Paprika!

Paprika headed off to the vets for what should have been a routine spay, but once the vets began, they discovered that things weren’t quite as straightforward as expected.

Our vets discovered that the right side of her uterus had previously ruptured, resulting in the hernia that they found during surgery.

Thankfully, they were able to repair the hernia there and then, but it did mean Paprika needed a midline spay and a much more involved operation than we’d originally anticipated.

She’s understandably going to be feeling a little sorry for herself after all of that, so she’ll be taking things very easy while she recovers.

For now, Paprika’s is ordered to have plenty of rest, lots of comfort, good food and all the TLC she accepts!

A huge thank you to Mandy Sprague, who very kindly bought Sixer his very own bed from Ginger Cat Crafts!

As you can see… Sixer isn’t quite sure what to make of his new luxury accommodation just but we reckon once he realises just how comfy it is, there’ll be no getting him out of it!
