Just wanted to thank all the dads and male carers and their children that came to today's session. Everyone had a go at the archery and especially enjoyed shooting the balloons.
Here is some of the feedback:
I was feeling stressed this morning, bt glad I came because feel more grounded and settled now. Whilst another said "Thanks, it's been good, and lovely change as normal Saturday is just spent going to our local park".
The picture is of another visitor to the session,.

It's a great little festival and We will be there providing archery session again this year.

Can the business or organisation you work for support DadFest this year? DadFest has been running since 2014 and this year The Dads’ Network is organising five DadFests around the country. The Dads’ Network is a social enterprise so we run DadFest not to make a profit but to support father figures and offer opportunities for them to bond with their children, play, learn new skills, get active and to make friends. DadFest offers a great range of outdoor activities over the weekend for father figures and their children, including Forest School, astronomy, fishing, campfire stories, bat walks, arts & crafts, archery, a kids disco, sports sessions, entertainers, dad dancing, good food and loads more.

You or your organisation may be interested in being a partner with DadFest and The Dads’ Network. Here are a few suggestions:
• You can buy tickets to reward staff – if you want to buy a block of tickets, say five or ten, please let us know as we can offer a discount on multiple purchases.
• Support DadFest by donating items for the event, such as vouchers or gifts for our raffle.
• Make a financial contribution to the running costs of one or more DadFests – we would be happy, of course, to recognise your company’s sponsorship of our event.
• Make a pledge to support local families on low income. For example, in the past, local businesses have donated £1,000 for eight families, who would not normally be able to afford tickets, to attend DadFest at no cost. Thanks.
