Please find attached details of an upcoming Dying Matters event taking place on Thursday 7th May 7:00 - 8:30pm at the Darenth Room, Tonbridge Baptist Church.
This will be a friendly and informative evening focused on living well and planning ahead, with practical guidance on what to expect and where to find local support.
The session will include:
Encouraging more open conversations about dying
An introduction to the Respect process for recording patient wishes
Information on support available from Hospice and community services
Guest speakers include:
Dr Virginia Winstanley (GP)
Dr Johanna Price, Hospice in the Weald
