Some friends become family.

Emyr has been part of our lives for many years and shared a special bond with my mum. He was always there with a smile, plenty of banter, and a genuine kindness that made him someone she absolutely adored.

One memory I’ll never forget is Emyr driving all the way down to see my mum shortly after undergoing a major operation himself, simply to hand-deliver her a pair of Christmas pyjamas. That small act of kindness meant the world to her and says everything about the person he is.

We’re incredibly proud to have Emyr involved in the Julie Owen Festival and standing with us to celebrate the life of an amazing woman.

JB has been part of our family for many years and shared countless memories with my mum. He was always welcome in our home and became one of those people who meant so much to us both.

A human wrecking ball with surprisingly soft hands, Loma brings power, physicality and enough carrying metres to keep an entire pack happy. The type of player who makes defenders question whether rugby was the right hobby choice 🔥

Called for a spectacular offload out the back in front of a packed crowd. Unfortunately the only person there to catch it was the touch judge 😅

• Dream position swap?
Fly half. Stand deep, kick everything, point at spaces and tell everyone else where to run. Looks like a pretty good life from where I’m standing 🤣
