What is Peak Pantry?

We're a mobile community food pantry, created by Zink in Buxton, bringing affordable food to communities across the High Peak and Derbyshire Dales.

Our prices are generally 50-70% lower than supermarkets. Come along and save money on your weekly shop! You don't need a referral - just turn up.

You'll find a good range of store cupboard items including tinned meat and fish, tea, coffee and hot chocolate, cereal, pasta, cooking sauces, ingredients, baby products, pet food, toiletries and more. We often have some fresh items including bread, fruit and veg.

Please bring a bag!

Joining as a member costs £5 for 2026, which includes your first bag of 10 pantry items.

You'll find our friendly team at these locations every week:

Wednesdays:
- Harpur Hill Village Hall car park, 9.30-10am
- Tideswell Community Hall driveway, 10.30-11am
- Fairfield Infant and Nursery School car park, 2-2.30pm

Thursdays:
- The Anglers Rest - Bamford car park, 11-11.30am
- Bradwell War Memorial Hall car park, 12-12.30pm
- Hope Methodist Church The Hub at Hope car park, 1-1.30pm
- Castleton Peveril Close, 1.45-2.15pm

And we'll be rolling out to other locations soon:
Eyam, Hathersage and Stoney Middleton
