A big shout out and thanks to everyone that supported the Society's annual exhibition which just closed tonight. Over 2500 visitors in 11 days can't be bad can it? and sends a message out that art is important and there are people here in Caithness and beyond that appreciate art and feel it really is important and makes a difference to peoples lives. 150 works have been sold making it one of the most successful SCA exhibitions in recent times. Thank you and look forward to 2027. Watch this space.

It takes a year to organise an exhibition like this and a dedicated team. Then as quick as a brushstroke a canvas its over!! Oh no its not as Friday 7th August the exhibition is open for the last 5 hours and there are plenty of artwork to be enjoyed so when in Thurso you must pop in!!
