We are proud to announce our first free community event.

Half of the world's population will go through menopause, with the average experiencing perimenopausal symptoms in their Mid 40s; when life is at its busiest and most stressful and where symptoms may go unrecognised.

We are pleased to have Fiona Prior Palmer; the Menopause specialist nurse at the Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital, join us to give a talk on both life stages, associated symptoms and options available to women to find balance once again.

So we invite you, and anyone you know to join us; free of charge to have this important educational session on Women's health.

Friendly reminder the Big Devon Brunch tomorrow.

Don’t forget your times slots, walk ins MIGHT be able to be accommodated but it is looking to be a busy event. Take aways of bacon sarnies and coffee are also available.

The WI will be running the bar for coffee and tea, so this can be paid for by card.

However, to maximise profits going to force, we would prefer cash payments for food. 💰

See you all in the morning. 😊

Our volunteer Mary is running the show this Sunday with this years Force Charity; Great Devon Brunch!!! 🍳

It looks to be a busy one, so if you haven’t booked your slot, reach out to her ahead of time to avoid disappointment. If you’re not able to book a table, why not pop past for a bacon sarnie and coffee to go.. ☕️

We’re making sure we have plenty of our homemade Shakshuka and Waffles too 🧇

Thank you to all the volunteers who are helping on the day…
