Coffee, Chat and a Little Bit of ABBA
This afternoon we hosted a wonderful Coffee & Chat session for our adult Pantry users. It was a fantastic afternoon of conversation, laughter and friendship.
A big thank you to our brilliant Di and Charlie, who organised fun anagrams and bingo with great prizes. The ABBA-inspired singalong, led by Zoë and Rob, went down a treat.
These sessions are a great opportunity to chat in a small group, meet new people and simply enjoy some time together.

They're off to Brighton!

This morning, 12 amazing members of the Establo Lounge Rustington team – plus one very special passenger in a pushchair – set off on their sponsored walk from Rustington to Brighton in aid of The Pantry.

That's 18.5 miles on foot!

Wearing their Pantry t-shirts and armed with donation buckets, they headed off full of determination. We are incredibly grateful that they have chosen to support our work in this way.

Every week, The Pantry supports around 70–80 households through our Church Pantry and a further 25–30 households through Georgian Gardens School Pantry. As the cost of living continues to bite, demand for support remains high.

The team have already raised £60, but their target is £2,000. Every donation, no matter how small, will help us continue providing food top-ups to local people in genuine need.

The Community display board in Churchill Parade, Rustington has been refreshed with the latest local updates.

Applications are now open for the Rustington Heritage Association’s Scarecrow Trail 2026, don’t miss your chance to get involved. https://rustington-pc.gov.uk/rustington-scarecrow-trail-2026/

There is also a Citizens Advice Outreach session for anyone in Rustington, with the next visit taking place at St Peter and St Paul Church Hall on 17th June.

And a reminder that the St Peter and St Paul Pantry is open for anyone in the community who is genuinely in need, offering practical support and a warm welcome.
