The proper support for our clients starts with us getting to know them as individuals, because we believe in person centred care and not a one size fits all approach. With trained and caring staff, we want your day to be the best it possibly can, and if you don’t go away with a

smile on your face and a feeling of dignity and worth, then we haven’t done our job properly. Whether you’re looking to spend your time with us because you want a better outlook than your own four walls, or you’re beginning to lose your confidence because the ageing process brings on so many different challenges, or you want to make new friends and have new interests, or you just want some great conversation, a two course lunch, tasty snacks and drinks throughout the day, we can assure you of meeting your needs. Whether it’s light touch social care and socialisation, or you need more help to achieve the things you used to be able to do independently, we are here to support you. Let’s blow away those cobwebs and raise your spirits together. We are qualified in assisting with physical and mental challenges, so that everybody feels they are treated as an equal and with dignity and respect. Not sure? Then why not come for a coffee and see what we do or, better still, book a no obligation try day for an investment of just £6.50, and in return you’ll be fed, watered, entertained and sent home thinking, “Yes, Kyrebrook is the place for me!” We could bore you with our qualifications, experience and all the necessary rules and regulations we have in place to protect you, and we know that self-praise is no form of recommendation, but we know you won’t get better day care. Despite the utter sadness of announcing the closure, until that day comes we continue, as we always have, by having fun and ensuring our clients get as much out of Kyrebrook as possible.

So, on Wednesday it was our annual Christmas lunch and boy, the Bridge Tenbury Wells did not disappoint us. The venue was perfect - easy access, plenty of space to move around, cosy and private. Can't commend it enough as a great venue. The food was absolutely wonderful, and every one of our clients and members of our Monday lunch club said what a delicious lunch they had.

JDR came to play for us and, as always, got the dance floor filled. We even had a (very) slow Conga line weaving around (with a full risk assessment first, of course 🤣🤣).

Thank you so much to Sarah and Bobby and the team for hosting our lunch. I hope it brings you some more business, as those who didn't know about the venue all said they would definitely come for a Sunday carvery.

Thank you to everyone who has commented so kindly on our announcement. Showing your support and lovely comments really does give us a lift, at this very sad time.

A Heartfelt Message from Kyrebrook

It is with great sadness that we share some very difficult news. After many years of caring for our community, Kyrebrook Daycare Centre will be closing its doors on Friday 27 February 2026.

This decision has not been made lightly. We have explored every possible option to keep the centre open, but rising costs, low attendance and reduced referrals have made it financially unsustainable for us to continue. We know how much the centre means to our clients and their families —and to us. Kyrebrook has always been more than a service; it has been a place of friendship, laughter, and care.

Please know that our commitment to our clients does not end here. Over the coming weeks, we will do everything we can to support them through this transition. We will provide guidance on alternative services and remain available to answer any questions or concerns they may have.

It has been an honour and a privilege to care for our clients over the past 13 years and to share in so many special moments
