Thank you to each and every one of you that came along and supported our events, we hope you have enjoyed it as much as we have.

Thank you to all of our sponsors and everyone that advertised in the programme, and also to Dawlish Town Council for lending us equipment
Without the financial commitments of sponsorships none of our free entertainment could take place.

We have had brilliant entertainment, from a wide range of music, to bingo and quiz, and art work and kids entertainment in between. Thank you to all of you involved along with the sound team, security and medics for ensuring the smooth running of it all.

And of course thanks to everyone that has volunteered, unpaid, to ensure Carnival takes place.
Without the thousands of free hours given to organise, set up, work the bar and stalls, marshall, litter pick, break down and pack away, the list goes on, Carnival could not happen.
If anyone would like to get involved next year we can always use more hands during the week, especially for working the bar and selling raffle tickets and merchandise.

Thank you to those that have taken the time to tell us what they have enjoyed this year.
We appreciate it's impossible to please everyone, and if the few that have had nothing but negativity to say would like to be first in line to volunteer, your expertise could be put to much better actual use in real life than just in moans on facebook.

We will start our fundraising soon for next year so do keep your eyes peeled, and help support us in getting the funding needed for Carnival to continue for years ahead.

Please let us know what your favourite things have been, or any ideas for something new for next year!

We'll be uploading more highlight reels so look out for yourselves in those if you got involved during the week!

Now for sorting everything out, and maybe a little rest before we start planning for 2027 🧡

You are welcome to bring your own chairs and blankets to sit on, please place them considerately and do not block entrances, the bar etc.
Our chairs are now packed away to help reduce the mammoth pack down we have early tomorrow morning so hope you can all understand our reason for this 🧡

It's Carnival Friday which can only mean a tribute night...
Yes we know some might say this may be going a bit rogue from the traditional Carnival tribute act front!
But we thought it was definitely maybe time to have a little by little change to the carnival masterplan, and move half the world away from some of the songbirds that have graced the carnival stage before. So please, don’t go away, and don’t look back in anger, as we think you will actually end up feeling supersonic, maybe even like a rock n roll star! Just stand by me and roll with it and whatever happens let there be love!

(If any of you are still left wondering ,we’ve only got the best Oasis tribute band around playing Be Here Now - The Oasis Tribute and of course we’ve got carnival bucket hats to get in the spirit!)
