Over the last two years, thousands of you showed up to celebrate LGBTQIA+ joy, visibility and community at Pride events across Teesside 🌟 If you’d like to be part of shaping the way Pride events look in the future, here’s how to get involved:

As we wrap up this pilot two-year programme, we want to take a moment to say thank you to all those who supported our events across Hartlepool, Saltburn, Stockton and Middlesbrough in 2024 and 2025.

Over the last two years, thousands of you showed up to celebrate LGBTQIA+ joy, visibility and community, which was only possible due to our sponsors, partners and supporters. Thank you for your continued support and allyship.🌟

Whilst Pride in Tees Valley is winding down, we’re looking forward to continuing to celebrate Pride across Teesside next year. Be sure to head over to where you can keep up to date with future events, along with getting in touch for any Pride information - as from Thursday 18th December, this account will no longer be monitored.

Hartlepool Pride is a Finalist for Best Event or Exhibition at The North East Culture Awards 🏆

We’re so proud that Hartlepool Pride was recognised among so many impactful creative projects and events at last night’s Culture Awards. Our heartfelt thanks to all who supported Pride in Tees Valley to celebrate and empower our LGBTQIA+ communities across Hartlepool and beyond. 🌈

Congratulations to the Between The Tides team on their much deserved win, we’re so pleased to have premiered our new family performance The Turkey and The Caterpillar at your award-winning festival!

🌈✨Celebrating Pride In Tees Valley! ✨🌈

As we wrap up our two-year programme, Pride In Tees Valley, which was supported by Tees Valley Combined Authority, we are celebrating everything we achieved together across Hartlepool, Saltburn, Stockton and Middlesbrough in 2024 and 2025.

Over the last two years, thousands of you showed up to celebrate LGBTQIA+ joy, visibility and community.
Together we have:

🎭Engaged over 150 individual artists
🏳️‍🌈Partnered with over 50 Tees Valley businesses for sponsorship, support or stalls
🌟Welcomed audiences with one in five attendees experiencing a pride event for the first time, which has helped create safer, prouder spaces across the region

Throughout both years, the feedback has been truly moving:
💬“I have greatly enjoyed my time at Pride this year and it has been a huge boost to my self worth and eased my identity issues greatly”
💬“You made it possible for us to celebrate on our own doorstep and show our young son that his little rainbow family is completely normal and accepted.“

These celebrations were made possible by YOU! Our communities, Pride Planning Group members, partners, volunteers, attendees, sponsors and supporters. Thank you for making Pride in Tees Valley such a powerful and transformative two-year journey.

As this project comes to an end, we are now exploring how Pride across the Tees Valley can continue in 2026 and beyond… Watch this space. 👀

🌈🎉 Stockton Pride 2025 was a spectacular celebration of Teesside’s LGBTQIA+ community! 🎉🌈

From the fantastic live performances to the Pride market, creative activities, and quiet spaces for reflection, Stockton was alive with colour, love, and pride back in July!

🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️ A massive thank you to everyone who attended, our amazing performers, talented artists, passionate stall holders, all of our amazing pride planning group members and our partners Arc Stockton, The Globe and Wellington Sqaure 🏳️‍⚧️🏳️‍🌈
