Dear Friends and Cooperatives,
As we begin 2025, it is time for membership renewals. If you are not already a member of the London Federation of Housing Cooperatives, now is the perfect time to join.
In 2025, we will continue to advocate for Housing coops in London, conduct our forums, take part in campaigns and assist with coop initiatives. In order for this work to continue we need a wide and vibrant membership.
We also encourage any housing associations, secondary cooperatives or other federations to renew or begin a membership with us. Particularly those we have or are currently working closely with.
Membership pricing is as follows:
Up to 50 units = £100 / Over 50 units = £200 / Other Federations = £400
Secondary Agencies / Housing Associations = £600
■ To provide a forum for members of co-ops to meet and exchange their experiences.
■ To raise the profile of housing co-ops in the London region and to campaign and lobby in
support of tenants controlling their own futures.
■ To reach out to co-ops needing outside assistance.

Over the last three decades London Federation of Housing Coops - a democratically-run members’ organisation - has provided training and support for the several hundred various housing co-ops in the capital and has provided a point of contact to meet with other co-ops and various tenant-controlled housing.
