🎨🌸 What a fantastic Local Art Exhibition in collaboration with 🌸🎨

A huge thank you to everyone who visited us over the weekend. We were delighted to welcome 275 visitors through our doors, who enjoyed browsing incredible local artwork, indulging in delicious homemade cakes, and supporting our talented artists.

We're thrilled to share that 11 paintings were sold, along with many cards and coasters. Visitors also voted for their favourite artists and, after counting all the votes, our most popular artists were:

🏆 Mark Eaton

Congratulations to all four artists! 👏

A special thank you goes to our wonderful neighbours at St John's Church, whose beautiful flower festival provided a stunning backdrop to the weekend. The church was filled with breathtaking floral displays, wonderful colours, and the most amazing scents – a real feast for the senses.

Thank you also to WI for providing such an incredible selection of homemade cakes, and to everyone who helped serve the many cups of tea and coffee enjoyed throughout the event.

What a night! 🌟

Last Friday's performance of War of the Worlds with Gav Cross: Storyteller was everything we hoped for — and more. The hall looked wonderful, the atmosphere was electric, and Gav's storytelling had us absolutely gripped from start to finish.

The chat with Gav afterwards was the perfect way to round off the evening — what a genuinely lovely person as well as a brilliant performer.

A huge thank you to Cheshire Rural Touring Arts for making this possible and for bringing such incredible live performance to our little corner of Cheshire. 🎭

And most importantly — thank you to everyone who came along, shared the posts, spread the word, and helped make it such a special evening. Cotebrook Village Hall is nothing without this community. 💛
