Educación Plus is a non-profit Christian organization that started in 1994 in Costa Rica, Central America, and now also working in Nicaragua, Central America. It exists in order to demonstrate God’s love and the practical outworking of the gospel by serving the high-risk, underprivileged children and their families of the shanty towns. With its main focus on education as the most important tool fo

r enabling individuals, providing options and a means to break out of the vicious poverty cycle, Educación Plus also provide a variety of activities in its holistic based ministry. These include Christian teaching and pastoral counselling/visiting, recreational activities like football tournaments, camps, and Christmas parties; vocational training, food, medical treatment and improving living conditions. Educación Plus also help individuals to defend their rights, where appropriate, before individuals, government and non-governmental organisations. Contact:
