Donations of cake, bakes, sausage rolls are welcome.
Please either drop off on the morning or message us to arrange a collection or alternative drop off.

Raffle, Teddy Tombola etc
(Donations for these are also welcome!)

It’s taken a couple of days to recover from all the fun; but WHAT an amazing time we had!
We made an incredible amount of money that will help hugely with the refurb of the hall and repair work that is having to take place.

We were so in awe of how many of you came, and donated, brought food and other items from the stalls. Thank you.

A huge thank you to the team that put the event together and helped it run so smoothly on the night- you are such a wonderful bunch and it can’t happen without you. (If anybody else is interested in getting involved in village events, please send me a message!)

And lastly; to our epic DJ wizard & sidekick who was so good and really makes the event as fun as it is!

Huge thanks to all those that attended last night! What a fantastic turnout and amazing time we had!

Any pumpkin entries are on the bench in the woods….
Any cake tins or plates are by the social club door.

The weather is looking great for later! ☀️

A few reminders for later;
- Don’t forget to drop your pumpkins off for the competition! (If you’re dropping off during the event, make sure they are dropped off and put in the woods along the path before 530pm for a chance to win the competition!)

- wellies & head torches for the trail

- cash for the stalls and food (bar will accept card)

- fancy dress competition!

Entering the pumpkin competition?

Entering early doors? ….
If your leaving it before Saturday ; please leave it under the social club covered entrance

Leaving it on the day?
Leave it in the woods at the bottom of the cricket pitch; near the bench.

ALL PUMPKINS must have their entrants name (and age) inside the pumpkin

If you can, please put battery operated tea lights inside your pumpkin; in a sealed jar. (We will then them on)

All pumpkins have to be entered before 5pm.

Pumpkin winner announced at 6pm

We’ve had some amazing entrants over the years- make sure you bring your A game!! 🥰

This time next week we’ll be putting the final plans in place ready to welcome you all. We can’t wait to see you!
