FitSteps Rachel Swansea ‘Strictly’ inspired solo dance fitness classes in Swansea - 12 years established!💃🏼 Come and join a FitSteps class near you!

The programme is based around twelve of the most popular Latin and Ballroom dances and has a mixture of those that will get your heart racing like the Jive and Quickstep, and ones that are guaranteed to tone all those muscles and shape your body like the Waltz, Tango and Paso Doble! The dances are broken down into easily learnable sections and each section is capable of being delivered at varying

levels of effort, accommodating people of varying levels of fitness. They appeal to all age ranges and classes can be run for mixed age groups and abilities with ease. Instructor:
Rachel Evans - 28 years old. Trained up in September 2013 after many years of fence training, by BBC Strictly's Ian Waite and other members of the Fitsteps team to deliver the best classes to you. Gold Award Instructor and FitSteps Ambassador. Come and join me having fun whilst getting super fit at FitSteps! You won't regret it!

From April 1st 2026, the price of FitSteps and FAB classes will increase from £6 to £7 per session.💰⬆️

This small change helps me to continue to deliver high-energy classes, great music, and the best possible experience for you all!🎶🔥

Thank you for your understanding and continued support! The loyalty cards will still be working in the same way. Attend 9 classes and get your 10th free😍🙌

After a good few weeks of deliberation, I have had to come to the decision to terminate our FitSteps class at Trallwn Community Centre on Tuesdays so this class will no longer take place.

Thank you for those who have continued to support me but it’s time to relocate where there is more interest.

Updates on either Neath or Pontardawe will be confirmed this month, hopefully 🤞
