💙 Our Community Care Kits are ready! 💙

Thanks to funding from Swansea Council for Voluntary Service and Swansea Youth Bank, our amazing NEET young people have designed, assembled and carefully prepared these Community Care Kits, each having their own role to make the project run smoothly. From project lead to finance planning these will now be donated across Swansea to dentists, GP surgeries, opticians and other community partners.

These kits has been created with care to help make appointments more sensory-friendly and accessible, supporting neurodivergent individuals and anyone who may benefit from additional sensory resources.

If you're a dentist, doctor, optician or community organisation within Swansea and would like us to drop off a Community Care Kit, please get in touch. Our young people would be delighted to meet you and see their hard work making a real difference in the community.

It was lovely to hear the feedback and how each individual role came together to produce these kits.

A huge thank you to Swansea Youth Bank for believing in and supporting this wonderful project.

Your funding has helped empower our young people while creating something that will have a lasting positive impact across our local community. 💙

What a fantastic day at the Third Sector Partnership Cluster Development event with Swansea Council for Voluntary Service and the Swansea Bay University Health Board.

It was so lovely to finally put faces to names, make new connections, and collaborate with others who are passionate about supporting our communities.

It was also great to chat with local GP clusters about partnership working, neurodiversity, and opportunities to work together to improve support and inclusion.

Days like these really highlight the power of collaboration and the difference we can make when we come together.
Thank you to everyone involved for such a welcoming and inspiring event. 💙
