🎭✨ Finding Our Characters! ✨🎭

Who are we? How do we move? What makes our characters tick? 🤔

Our recent Rising Stars sessions have been all about exploring these questions as we begin bringing the characters in our brand new show to life!

Through movement, we’ve been experimenting with walking around the room in character, exploring different ways of moving, discovering unique mannerisms and thinking about how our characters might stand, walk and interact with the world around them.

It’s amazing how changing the way you walk can completely transform a character! From little details to big physical choices, our Stars have been using their imaginations, trying new things and having plenty of fun along the way.

Every session brings us a little closer to discovering who these characters really are, and we can’t wait to see where this creative journey takes us! 🌟

The next Rising Stars adventure is taking shape! Watch this space for more behind the scenes glimpses as our new show begins to come to life.

What an inspiring evening for our Rising Stars.

We were delighted to be invited by Swansea Council to be part of the launch of the city’s new Culture Strategy at the Waterfront Museum on Thursday.

It was a fantastic opportunity for our Rising Stars to be part of an evening celebrating the arts, creativity and culture that make Swansea such a special place.

A huge thank you to Swansea Council for inviting our Rising Stars to be part of such an inspiring event. We are incredibly proud to see our stars playing their part in Swansea’s vibrant cultural community and look forward to seeing what the future holds for arts and culture in our city.

🎭😂 THE AUDITIONS HAVE BEGUN… AND WOW! 😂🎭

If this is anything to go by, we are already in for one VERY entertaining next production! 👀✨

This crazy lot absolutely hit the ball out of the park at auditions, bringing so much energy, creativity, silliness and downright craziness that they had the whole company in stitches! 🤣👏

There were big performances, bold choices, plenty of laughs… and more than a few moments where we wondered “Where on earth did THAT come from?!” 😂

If our Stars are bringing this much energy to an audition, we honestly cannot wait to see what they bring to the stage!

The next Rising Stars adventure is already taking shape… and if this is a sneak peek of what’s to come, you are NOT going to want to miss it! 🎭🔥

Watch this space… 👀💜
