We attended this session last week and found it really helpful. We get so used to focussing on Care Plans from a Social Care prosepective and a Care Provider prosepective, that it was really helpful to see how a carers person centred plan for their loved one, including goals and planning, can sit alongside the other care plans too.

The Bringing Us Together free online sessions are very very good, and run on many topics relevent to parent carers. They also run day and evening sessions which makes it easier for carers. Follow them so you don't miss out on the next one. 💜

This FREE online (Zoom) session, delivered by guest speaker Liz Leach from Imagineer Development UK CIC & Support Brokerage Network, will help you to ensure that your support plan reflects what matters most.

Supported by our team, and Adult Social Care Warriors, the session will cover:

• Why support planning is important
• How support planning connects with assessments and reviews
• What a good support plan looks like
• How to show what support is needed
• What to think about when planning ahead.

We are running the session twice, once in the morning, and once in the evening, to ensure as many of you as possible have the opportunity to join us. Booking is via Eventbrite. Full details and booking links are below. ⬇️
