We're Recruiting: Intentional Peer Support Manager

Do you believe in the power of connection, mutual learning and shared experience to support people on their mental health journey?

At Sutton Mental Health Foundation, we're looking for an experienced and passionate Intentional Peer Support Manager to lead and develop our growing peer support service. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of peer support in Sutton, supporting a dedicated team while helping people build confidence, reduce isolation and create meaningful connections.

You'll lead the operational delivery and development of our Intentional Peer Support Service, oversee recruitment, training and quality assurance, act as our Safeguarding Lead, and work with partners to strengthen and expand services for local residents.

We're looking for someone with strong leadership skills, a commitment to recovery, inclusion and co-production, and a genuine passion for the difference that peer support can make in people's lives. We particularly welcome applications from people with lived experience of mental health challenges, although this is not essential.
