Sutton Crisis Café provides a safe and supportive space for adults (18+) during difficult moments, whether you prefer to visit in person, speak on the phone, or join an online group.

Bank Holiday Update – Monday 25 May
Just a quick heads up that Sutton Mental Health Foundation will be closed during the day on Bank Holiday Monday (25 May).
Our Crisis Café will still be open in the evening from 6.30 as usual, providing a safe, supportive space if you need someone to talk to.
Support matters even more during long weekends—please don’t hesitate to reach out if you need us.
