Last weekend "Dolphin" Cubs enjoyed a fantastic Pack Holiday at Walton Firs. We'd made the booking last year: we were sorry to miss the District Big Adventure Day, but like to think we were there in spirit if not in person - we all re-affirmed our promises around the camp fire on the Saturday evening. The cubs did a number of site activities, as well as completing an activity badge. We were helped by magnificent weather, something you can't plan for, but which makes such a difference for the organisers!

Well done to all the Cubs who attended Church Parade for Mothering Sunday at St Andrew's Church today, with particular mentions for Lenny, Qi-Rey, Samuel and James who read the intercessions so well. We were especially pleased when members of the congregation, not related to any of the Cubs, commented on how nice it was to see them in Church and how well they read. Well done, all.
