4th Tolworth Air Scout Group

Massive congratulations to Alex. This was his last week with cubs but he has spent the last few weeks ticking off all the parts of the challenge badges that he had not yet completed. So on his last night as a cub, his cub leader, beaver leader and very proud big sister were all there to see him collect his Chief Scouts silver award badge! Alex is now a scout and straight off on camp with the troop on Friday!

We were delighted some of our young people were able to attend the pentecost service today alongside the mayor to represent our group. We are so lucky to be part of a wonderful parish and had a great day.

Another busy weekend! It was the turn of beavers this weekend. We had a wonderful weekend at Southwood Activity Centre and invited along a couple of our friends from 2nd tolworth to enjoy the fun with us!

Proud GLV moment! (I even stuck a beret on for the occasion!). On behalf of the County Lead Volunteer, I was delighted to present our scout leader Tia with a very well deserved 'Chief Scouts Commendation for good service' award! Thank you Tia for everything you do for the group!!! GLSW Scouts

We were just far too busy to get many snaps. But had an amazing day at Polyapes Scout Campsite today for our district fun day Royal Kingston Scout District. Beavers cubs and a handful of scouts done 4th tolworth proud today!

Putting the air scouts where they belong, in the air! Massive thanks to Kent Scouts Air Teams for today. Despite some aircraft technical issues they arranged an amazing day spotting, learning about and flying in different aircraft today!
