At , we're usually moving surplus produce onto our .

This weekend, Richard, who lives locally, gifted us these huge courgettes, which were surplus, from his allotment.

Safe to say these will be passed onto one of our many community projects who will use them to create delicious dishes!

Surplus to Supper Management Team and Trustees hosted a summer party, last night, to thank all the volunteers at the North Surrey and West London Hub.

The delicious Italian spread was created and cooked on site by the team led by Chef Peppe, Karen, Leucio, Bruce and Ros. They all donated their time and skills over the last 2 days and during the evening.
The beautiful flower arrangements on the tables were created by local Surplus supporter.
Needless to say all the produce, flowers, plates etc were surplus!
And as always, grateful thanks to Sunbury Cricket Club for their support in making the evening a success.

Most importantly, it was an evening for all volunteers to take off their hi-viz jackets, shake off their volunteer hats, and enjoy being celebrated!

As you can see from the photos, looks like a good time was had by all

Huge thanks from Surplus to Supper North West Surrey and West London Hub to everyone to visited our tombola stall at the on Saturday.

We collected nearly £1000 in tombola tickets which will go towards increasing our capacity to support the community partners and projects.

Most definitely a win -win for all!
