Something VERY good started at Hinton today. ✨

The Hinton Wellness Collective has officially launched… and judging by the full house this morning, this is going to be EPIC.

A room full of therapists, trainers, coaches and wellbeing specialists, the gorgeous scent of lemon and ginger in the air — and one big question:

What could we create if we came together?

For individuals. For businesses. For our local community.

Watch this space. 👀

🧠 What flavour is your ADHD?

Today was absolutely brilliant.

A room full of people talking openly, laughing, recognising themselves in each other and having more than a few “OH… so that’s why I do that!” moments.

Huge thank you to Matt Thomas from Chaos Orchestra for such a refreshingly honest workshop.

We often focus on the ADHD traits that make life harder — the overwhelm, the chaos, the things we struggle to manage.

But today was also a brilliant reminder of the other side of an ADHD brain.

The people who bring energy into a room. Who make connections. Who spot patterns others miss. Who join the dots, generate ideas, bring people together and can become real driving forces in relationships, teams and communities.

There was something pretty powerful about recognising the challenges without losing sight of all the brilliant stuff that comes with them too.

Thank you to everyone who came, shared and threw themselves into it. This is exactly the kind of conversation we want to create space for at Hinton Workspace.

And we have a feeling What Flavour Is Your ADHD? might need to make a return… 👀🧠
