📢 STUARTFIELD VILLAGE HALL – IMPORTANT AGM UPDATE 📢
The Stuartfield Village Hall Committee would like to let the community know that at our AGM on 16th November, the current Chairperson, Vice Chairperson, Treasurer and Secretary will all be stepping down from their positions.
We urgently need members of the community to come forward to take on these roles, as well as additional committee members to help support the running of the Hall.
⚠️ IF THESE POSITIONS AND SUFFICIENT COMMITTEE MEMBERS ARE NOT IN PLACE AT THE AGM, THERE WILL BE NO COMMITTEE AND, UNFORTUNATELY, THE HALL WILL HAVE TO CLOSE. ⚠️
The Hall is an important part of our community, providing a space for local groups, activities, events, celebrations and gatherings. We would really like to see it continue to be available for everyone in Stuartfield and the surrounding area.
If youare interested in taking on one of the office-bearer roles or becoming a committee member, we strongly encourage you to get in touch as soon as possible. This will allow the current committee to provide a proper handover, answer any questions and help make the transition as smooth as possible.
You don't need to know everything about running the Hall — support and guidance will be available during the handover.
If you would like to find out more, or are interested in getting involved, please contact any member of the current committee or send us a message through the Stuartfield Village Hall page.
🙏 Please consider getting involved and helping to keep Stuartfield Village Hall open for our community.
📅 AGM: 16th November
Your community needs you. ❤️
