💜 A huge THANK YOU to Esme for taking on the Kiltwalk Wee Wander as part of her Brownie Charity Badge challenge! 💜

While earning her badge was a fantastic achievement, what makes this even more special is that Esme chose to do it for The Leanne Fund in support of her little cousin, Maeve 🥰

After completing the walk alongside her amazing mum Emma (who also deserves a massive thank you! 👏💕), Esme was met at the finish line by a very excited Maeve, proudly holding a beautiful banner to cheer her on. The smiles say it all!! 💖

We are so grateful for Esme's kindness, determination and support. She should be incredibly proud of herself for making a difference while taking on this challenge🌟

💜 “She absolutely loves her Water Babies swimming lessons - I can’t thank you all enough.

She goes every Sunday morning now and it’s genuinely the highlight of her week. She’s learned how to kick her legs properly, stretch out her arms to swim, blow bubbles in the water, and she can even get herself out of the pool unaided now - such a huge achievement at such a young age.

The classes have been amazing for her and it’s so reassuring knowing she’s already getting such good exercise for her lung health.” 💜

At The Leanne Fund, we’re passionate about helping children and young people living with cystic fibrosis to access sport, movement, fitness equipment, and activities from as early an age as possible.

Building confidence around physical activity early on can play such an important role - not only for physical health and lung health, but also for confidence, independence, wellbeing, and simply having fun and feeling included 💜

Whether it’s swimming lessons, dance classes, football, gymnastics, home fitness equipment, or other activities, we want families across Scotland to know this support is there for them.

We want to say a genuine and heartfelt thank you to everyone at Point FC for your continued support of The Leanne Fund 5K/10K event.

It meant so much that you went to the effort of changing a fixture so you could be there on the day. That level of commitment and community spirit really does not go unnoticed, and we are so grateful.

Thank you also for your very generous donation towards the event. Your support helps The Leanne Fund continue its vital work supporting individuals and families affected by Cystic Fibrosis, and it makes a real and lasting difference.

And of course, congratulations on winning the Fastest Team Trophy 🏆 - a fantastic achievement and very well deserved! 🙌

💜 We’re delighted to share some exciting news! 🧡

The Leanne Fund’s Get Active Shetland project has been selected to take part in the Tesco Stronger Starts in-store voting programme! 🛒✨

From now until the end of July 2026, customers in Tesco Lerwick Superstore (ZE1 0RD) will be able to vote for our project in-store.

Through Get Active Shetland, we aim to provide sport and fitness equipment for children and young people affected by cystic fibrosis, helping them stay active, build strength, and feel their best.

Every vote really counts – and the more support we receive, the greater the impact we can make locally 💪
