We're asking people to give us their views on our care fees proposals for 2026/27.

These will affect care homes - both residential and nursing - as well as homecare providers and day care.

Anyone can complete the survey but it is primarily aimed at care providers and organisations.

We're also encouraging people who receive direct payment from us to buy their care and support to also have their say.

We have been informed of a scam involving fraudsters posing as the Chartered Trading Standards Institute (CTSI).

Residents have reported receiving emails, letters and cold calls from a 'senior investigator' from the CTSI, claiming they can give them compensation and then asks for personal information.

This is a scam intended to steal money from you.
