Following an amazing weekend at the FIRST® LEGO® League UK Final, we want to say a huge thank you to everyone involved in making it such a special experience. From the incredible FLL, events and AV teams, to our brilliant volunteers, sponsors and supporters, this simply wouldn’t happen without you.

A big congratulations to Staffordshire's End_Tec, our 2026 FIRST® LEGO® League Champions! 🏆

After months of dedication, problem‑solving and giving up free time to chase a shared goal, End_Tec from Endon High School were crowned Champions at the FIRST® LEGO® League National Final in Harrogate on Saturday.

Their teacher and coach, Shaun Mitchell, said:

“This journey has been absolutely incredible. The team has worked tirelessly, night after night and every lunchtime, and seeing all that commitment payoff is just amazing. I’m so proud of them.”

A truly special moment for the team, their school, and everyone who’s supported them along the way 💙

- Smile big! The judges love enthusiasm.
- Cheer on other teams (new friends = best part!).
- If something goes wrong, laugh it off and keep going.
- Treat robot batteries like gold.
- Take photos – you’ve earned this moment!
- Most important: have fun and enjoy EVERY second!!

Just 4 days to go, and we are getting closer to an unforgettable weekend!

This Saturday, we will be welcoming our incredible teams to the FIRST® LEGO® League UK National Final 2026 in Harrogate.

After months of designing, building and testing, and probably a few last minute tweaks, these young innovators are ready to take to the stage and showcase their creativity, teamwork and problem-solving skills.

This year’s theme, 'UNEARTHED' adds another layer of inspiration, encouraging teams to explore the past to help shape the future through STEM.

We cannot wait to see what these brilliant minds will unearth!

British Science Week is here from 6 to 15 March !

Celebrate it with FIRST® LEGO® League Explore. The hands-on STEM programme for ages 6–9 that brings engineering, creativity, teamwork and LEGO® building together in the most exciting way.

Children get to build a moving LEGO model, explore a real-world STEM theme, and share their ideas at a friendly celebration or in-house event.

It’s a brilliant way to make Science Week meaningful, memorable, and full of discovery.
