What a fantastic weekend on Autumn Camp 🍁 Joint camp with the Cub Pack and the Scout Troop.
The Scouts were patrol camping 🏕️ cooking all their meals from scratch over open fires 🔥 including spaghetti Bolognese 🍝 and homemade ginger cake for tea.
The Scouts constructed and slept in their own shelters, made largely out of salvaged materials from the woodland 🌳
A phenomenal show of Scouting skills 💪
The Scouts leaders have been commenting all weekend about the level of skill, proactivity, teamwork and leadership the Scouts have exhibited. We have had to do little to support them.
It's also great that they showcased the type of great activities we do at Scout to the Cubs, while modelling excellent Scouting ⚜️
Huge well done to all the Cubs and Scouts 😁
Thanks, as always, to the amazing leaders for giving up yet another weekend and all those hours of panning and prep.

A brilliant weekend at the Stafford Railway Circle LTD Model Railway Exhibition. 🚂
The Scouts did a phenomenal job supporting the show and fundraising.
The Scouts were busy all day doing all sorts of jobs to support the show; running admissions and tickets, sorting lunches, operating layouts and so much more...
We were also pleased to judge and present the best in show prize 🏆
The Scouts have all been excellent, conducting themselves politely and proactively. All while learning important skills for the future.
Brilliant work troop 💪
Thank you to the SRC for asking us to support again.

Absolutely honoured to be visited by The Hon. Lord Stafford yesterday evening at Scouts ⚜️
Following our victory in the Lord Stafford Cup 🏆 camping competition 🏕️ back in June, where our teams won first 🥇 and second 🥈 place, and after four years of successive wins, holding the trophy for the last six years. A testament to the expectational skills of the Troop.
The Scouts showcased some of the amazing skills they put into practise during the competition, including fires 🔥 tent ⛺ building, cooking 🍲 knife and axe 🪓 skills.
Lord Stafford was impressed with the skills and activities on show. Well done Scouts 💪
