Hastings & Rother Voluntary Association for the Blind is a local registered charity for local sight impaired. We are an independent charity, committed to providing access to services, support and encouragement and information to those with visual difficulties. We also seek to serve the needs of their carers and families. Our Society is run by a dedicated and hard working committee, team of staff and volunteers.
