2nd Spilsby Scout Group Scouting helps children and young adults reach their full potential. We help young people to get jobs, save lives and even change the world.

The 2nd Spilsby Scout Group on Poole's Lane in Spilsby, offers children from the age of 4yrs to 18yrs, the chance to have fun and take part in challenging activities, unique experiences and everyday adventure.

No, we don't have new "scout hut pets" although these two have tried to plead their case!

We did frisk them before we left Northcote Horses & Animals and we can say the little silkie chick and the little duckling are safely tucked up for the night!

As always it's been a fabulous day and we are always thankful to Terena and all the volunteers for having us.

WORLD PHOTOGRAPHY DAY

Photos form an integral part of life today. They record memories, they capture the magic, they snap the moment you were proud of.

Here's just a few of the thousands of photos we are lucky to have :

From our latest poacher memories, our activity teams (water, archery, tomahawk & soft fencing), food - this is an important part of scouting - trust me! To QueasyJet, our plane crash survival camp, visits to the beach, the fun and games, the parades and the community work.

It also helps to capture the difference our leaders make and the fun the leaders get to have too!

We do have photography badges to work on - if you are a photographer and could spare a little time to come and work on some projects over winter - let us know, we would be really grateful! We popped an email address at the bottom of this post!

You don't have to be a professional photographer to help us out - if you are interested in volunteering with us, and to become a memory maker...please also use the email address below!
