We popped into the Spalding Services & Social Club before the members arrived, giving you a little snapshot of what you’ll find inside this long-standing Spalding venue. 👀

Spalding Services and Social Club

Situated in the heart of Spalding, the club has been at its current location for over 50 years and is one of the largest venues in the town.

So, what’s on offer? 👇
🎱 4 snooker tables
🎱 Pool table
🎯 Dartboard
🍻 Members-only bar with great-value drinks
🎶 Live professional entertainment most Saturday nights
🎉 A large dance hall available to hire
🎲 Popular bingo nights every Wednesday & Sunday
💃 A fantastic space for parties, wedding receptions, christenings, charity events & more

And membership is just £22 for the year, giving you access to the club and members’ discounts.

The Dance Hall is also available to hire to the general public, offering a fantastic-sized venue right in the centre of Spalding.

The club is run by members, for the benefit of members, with all committee members volunteering their time to help keep this much-loved local venue going.

Heritage Open Days are coming to Spalding Market Place - with a whole host of FREE, creative activities for all ages celebrating the history, waterways, nature and culture of South Holland. 💚

🎬 Fancy watching a film? You don’t have to leave Spalding.
South Holland Centre
Right here in the heart of our town, the South Holland Centre has its very own cinema and it’s something we think deserves a little more love.

You might not always get every new release on the exact day it hits the big cinema chains, but what you do get is a proper cinema experience right here on our doorstep.

And there’s something to be said for that.

🎟️ It’s more affordable than many of the big-name cinema chains.
📍 It’s right in the town centre.

☕ You can make a whole day of it - grab a coffee, something to eat, have a wander around the shops and then settle down for a film.

And perhaps most importantly, when you spend your money here, you’re putting it into our town.

Because the South Holland Centre isn't just a cinema.
It’s home to live performances, shows, events and so much more - but today, we wanted to shine a little spotlight on the cinema.

We’re lucky to have somewhere that gives people the chance to enjoy films right here in Spalding, without automatically having to jump in the car and head out of town.

It’s one of those things we might not think twice about until it’s no longer there.
If we want to keep the things that make our town special, we have to use them. ❤️

🌯 ***LAST DAY*** - FREE FOOD AT THE ZONE SPALDING! 🍟

Heading to The Zone in Spalding this week? The first 30 young people to check in each day can grab a FREE meal deal from Wrap Shack Street Food – including a wrap, fries and a drink! (food available 12-2pm) 🙌

The Zone is a free pop-up space for young people aged 11–18, with loads to do throughout the day – from gaming and crafts to music, creative workshops and more.

Just check in at The Zone when you arrive to be in with a chance of getting yours. First 30 each day, while stocks last!
