🌀Train with Dan🌀

From Jan 2026 LMG coach will be teaching a 5-ppl-max small group training at .london in Leyton, East London. It will be on WEDs 6-7pm starting as two drop ins/tasters on 21 & 28 Jan and then on a monthly membership basis rolling from February.

The LMG November season is over. It’s been an amazing experience. Thanks to all those who came, participants and teachers ( , and ) alike.

🌀Small Group Personal Training🌀

LMG is putting together a small group personal training for 2026 so if you are not too sure where to start (or continue) your journey to fitness look no further.

Veteran coach will be leading these sessions at gorgeous space .london in East London. Each participant will have individual programmes and attention - a maximum size of 5 people😮❗️ensures that.

Finally we’re able to share the most exciting secret!!!

We’re bringing morning classes to the stunning new starting May 2025.

BAMBOO BODY & BAMBOO LEGS will be sessions focused on the core of a dynamic movement practice. Lead by expect a rich, varied physical exploration.

Bookings are now live for our next workshop opportunity - this time bringing back Movement Exploration with new and exciting material.

Not only will this workshop explore solo Microbatics, but we will also delve into the basics of partnering and moving with others. We are happy to welcome all experience levels, is as skilled as they come at offering relevant progressions as needed by you.

The main workshop will be hosted by from 1-5pm on May 10th 2025, and then we will offer a further open practice session at the local Victoria Park thereafter! (Weather permitting 🫢)

As part of our upcoming MOVEMENT STRENGTH WORKSHOP, we would like to highlight one key learning point: progression/regression through planes of motion.

shares here in the videos above, various simple patterns that can be used to progress and adapt the upper body strength in both pushing and pulling patterns.

Horizontal pulling and Vertical pushing patterns are far less common in regular training practices, but are incredibly beneficial for adaptations relating to: overhead mobility, shoulder health, general strength development and more!
