💛 What a fantastic evening! 💜

Some of our Southport Funraisers committee attended the North West Cancer Research Gala Awards & Dinner last night.

A brilliant night celebrating the incredible work happening across our region. We especially loved hearing about the exciting research being carried out and seeing just how important fundraising really is.

It certainly inspires us to keep doing what we do! 💛🔬👏

🎉 WE DID IT! 🎉

Our incredible Thames Bridges Trek team has raised a magnificent £4,000 for North West Cancer Research—plus an additional £924 in Gift Aid! 💛💜

That’s an amazing £4,924 in total to support life-saving cancer research across the North West region and beyond.

A huge thank you to everyone who walked, donated and supported us. We couldn’t have achieved this without you! 👏🏻🚶‍♀️🚶‍♂️

SOUTHPORT TAKES THE THAMES 🌉

This Saturday, our brilliant Southport Committee Funraisers for NWCR are swapping the North West for the capital as they take on the Thames Bridges Trek.

They’ll be tackling the 25km route from Putney Bridge to Southwark, zig-zagging across 16 of London’s bridges along the way.

It’s another huge challenge from a committee who have really pushed themselves this year, and they’re already making every step count, with nearly £2,500 raised so far.

We’ll be cheering them on from home as they make their way across London. Have an amazing day team!
