"This year, I’m proud to be running the London Marathon in support of Myositis UK, a cause that’s incredibly close to my heart. A member of my family lives with myositis, a rare and often misunderstood condition that affects the muscles and can have a profound impact on daily life. I’ve seen first hand the strength it takes to live with this condition, and I want to do something meaningful to help.

By taking on this challenge, I hope to raise awareness, drive funding for better research, and support improved care for those affected.

My journey doesn’t stop at the London Marathon. I’ll be running a full calendar of events in their honour, including the London 10K, Great North Run, Amsterdam Half Marathon, Valencia Marathon, and finally, the London Marathon in April 2026.

Every mile I run is for them and for the many others living with myositis. Your support can help make a real difference. Thank you for being part of this journey with me".
