University of Southampton Mind Society We are dedicated to gathering students who are interested in supporting the work of the mental health charity Mind.

MindSoc is a society who aim to raise awareness of mental health problems both around our University campus and beyond, and act as a support group for those who may be struggling. The society hosts weekly tea and talk sessions, where we play games to give us a break from the stresses of University, get to know others who are passionate about mental health awareness, and have the opportunity to talk about how things have been going for you. We host a variety of fundraising events throughout the year (although currently limited due to COVID19), and all the proceeds from our fundraising efforts and campaigns go towards the local charity Solent Mind, the branch of Mind which exists in Hampshire. Your current student committee:
PRESIDENT: Viktoria Venkatess
TREASURER: Laura Baber
SECRETARY: Ross Popovs
WELFARE OFFICER: Laura Baber
PROMOTIONS OFFICER: Isra Ilyas
