Light the South

05/11/2024

This beauty is one of the very last Little Lights to make it back to their school - Godshill Primary on the Isle of Wight.

To all 40 schools that participated in Light the South - your creativity and commitment were inspirational - and you’ve raised over £13,000 towards the new wellbeing garden for Southampton Children’s Hospital.

Thank you, one and all.

Over the summer of 2024 Southampton Hospitals Charity UK hosted Light the South, a large-scale public art event that brought businesses, residents and visitors together to celebrate art and raise funds for Southampton Children’s Hospital.

Donations received from the trail will go towards supporting the much-needed transformation of the wellbeing garden used by our child psychology services.
