Park Yoga offers FREE outdoor yoga sessions, every Sunday morning from May - September.

As the Park Yoga season has now come to an end (😭) I wanted to share mine and my wonderful cover teachers details in case you would like to find our classes over winter...

Kat (me) - I teach weekly yoga classes as well as occasional art workshops, yoga events and day retreats suitable for all levels.

Emma - Emma offers yoga classes at Hotpod yoga and her own classes, suitable for every level. Emma also offers holistic therapies at Trinity House in Bedford Place.

I'm already excited for Park Yoga to return, but give yourself permission to rest and restore over winter so that we can come back with a bang in May!

Thinking sunny thoughts for our last Park Yoga of the season - the weather isn't looking fab at the moment, but I'll still be there and we will see where we get to! 🌞

Our first very rainy Park Yoga of the year! We persevered through the worst of it and even got some sun shining through at the end. Thank you everyone who joined me today.

Only two weeks left of this season and I think we will be there rain or shine after today! 🌞🌧️🌈

The weather can't make up it's mind at the moment. But right now I plan to still run the session tomorrow as normal and we will just see how far we get!

Such a calm Park Yoga this morning 🧘
