What a lovely Saturday morning once again 🥰🐾

First up we have little miss Polly who’s working with a trainer but needs a safe space to build her confidence whilst she is 🐾🖤 she’s such a sweetheart and doing so well 🖤🐾

Then miss darcey doo - who’s mam found us through our groups and came along for a little fun session to have a play a run - darcey said no to tunnels today but yes to lots of chase and fetch with the water bottles - she loves a good snuffle sniff sniff does this one 🐾🖤

Then we have Mr Hugo who came in for his off lead session as he doesn’t get a lot of off lead time - he loves a good burst of a run to get his energy off and he loves to go find all the teddies and toys his owner is reconnecting with him - his owner also regularly attends our support groups 🐾🖤

Last but definitely not least is Mr Dexter doo - he’s booked in our full course to help him with his struggles being around other dogs and also to give him a safe space to reconnect with his family - he’s had a good sniff and a go of our balance board and showed his expert skills when it comes to running through our tunnels 🖤🐾

They all left with their goodie bags from The Waggy Dog Shop and went home for a nap I hope 🤞🐾

Remember tonight is our dog support group at Jarrow Mindset

6-7pm

I’m excited for tonight and Jess will be there from Asphodel Canine Guidance so if you have a reactive dog or a dog who may be suffering from a traumatic event such as an attack - she is there to offer you completely free guidance and a plan moving forward for your pup

We also have the guidance of Vibrissa Pet Services - who has a range of services available -

It’s a dog free group - leave dogs home just so all owners can come - we have loads of other options if you’d like us to meet your dog - ask about our confidence and connection courses

I know it can seem intimidating but this group is full of a lovely group of people and we’re ready to make you feel welcome.

We have a space where you can come and bring an activity if you struggle to be directly part of a group - puzzles seem to be our theme 🫶🏻👌🏻🐾

We would love to see some new faces so let us know if you’d like to come along 🖤🐾

Aw what a lovely little toilet drop in with these two 😍

We had some sniffs a lovely little wander and then we were calming everyone down with some cuddles and some find it boxes 📦 🐾

To think these two wouldn’t let anyone near their home last year. The steps they’ve made to increase their confidence is just brilliant 🤩

The Dog Support Network are at Jarrow Mindset every Monday between 10-11am and Friday between 6-7pm. Pop in for a cuppa and a chat if you are an anxious dog owner or you have any concerns around your dogs behaviour. This is a lovely group of people and there is never any judgement here. Plus, as with everything at Jarrow Mindset, this is free.

I’ll always reply to messages but they may not be straight away

Usually Monday to Wednesday between 3 and 7 - the chances of me replying are about the same as my chances of relocating to the moon for a holiday my children simply wouldn’t allow it - they’re NEEDY - love you guys but jeeze

Thursday - Saturdays are the best days to catch me - but I’ll always reply and I’m never ignoring you

My social media is done by me and only me because I have no idea how to get a system or someone to do it for me within my budget 🤣

⚠️ URGENT APPEAL: Missing dog last seen near HEBBURN SLAGGY — owners desperate to bring him home

An urgent appeal has been issued after a much-loved dog went missing in the Hebburn area, leaving his owners extremely distressed.

The dog has reportedly been missing for several hours, with his last known sighting near Hebburn Slaggy.

Family and friends have already searched the surrounding parks, housing estates and nearby areas, but so far there has been no sign of him.

The owners are now asking local residents to keep an eye out and report any possible sightings, no matter how small the detail might seem.

IMPORTANT: Please do NOT chase, approach or attempt to catch him.

The person organising the search warns that he is likely to run away if approached, potentially making it harder to bring him home safely.

If you spot him, try to remember the exact location and direction he was travelling, then contact the person who posted the original appeal immediately.

Are you in Hebburn or near the Slaggy? Please keep your eyes open and share this appeal to help reunite him with his family.
