It's lovely when our 'not for profit' little support group gets recognised and remembered.
Today we spoke to a lovely lady Christine, who's father recently passed away after living a full life until the grand age of 94.
On behalf of all our committee and members, we would like to express our deepest sympathy and sincere gratitude for your very kind donation of £652 to South Tyneside Breathe Well Support Group, in memory of Fred Dunmore.
Your generosity is greatly appreciated. The kindness shown by our supporters enables us to maintain a welcoming environment where members, families and friends can meet others facing similar challenges, access valuable resources, and take part in activities that promote better health and a positive wellbeing.
As part of supporting local people with lung disease we like to make donations to ward 10 respiratory medicine ward at South Tyneside hospital. This helps to benefit inpatients with respiratory diseases such as COPD, which is what Fred wanted.
Thank you once again for your generosity. It was lovely to learn about Fred and how he helped so many people during his career and even after his passing. Your support is genuinely valued and appreciated by everyone involved with the group.
