Tickets are going on sale for our Birthday Ball in just over 1 week! 🎉

There is so much going on both in my private life and Mikey’s Wish over the next couple of weeks that I can’t wait to share with you.

Some of it is going to be amazing for raising the profile of Childhood Apraxia of Speech.

Due to this I have been a bit slow at sorting the tickets for our Mikey’s Wish Foundation Ball (I do apologise) but they should be on sale the week commencing 14.06.26.

A huge thank you to Percy for raising awareness of CAS and fundraising for Mikey’s Wish Foundation. 👏👏👏

Percy decided a year ago to apply to be a school counsellor at school. He had to put something forward and he decided to ask, to do a verbal dyspraxia/ childhood apraxia awareness day and raise money for Mikey’s wish foundation. He was successful and his school Kensworth COFE Academy agreed to host a wear blue for a donation day. Percy and his family made blue cakes,sweet bags and brought a selection of Mikey’s wish bracelets to sell after school. The school also spoke to the children and read out information about CAS. Percy is very excited to share that they raised £155.48

Today’s shoutout and thank you goes to another amazing Lily. Lily has walked 100 miles in May to raise awareness of CAS and money for MWF. Thank you Lily! 🎉👏

She only needs £5 to reach her fundraising target.

Day 28 Apraxia Awareness Month - Support our JustGiving campaign.

Two of our trustees, Louisa and Yas, pledged to walk 100 miles in May for MWF. They have both smashed the 100 miles and Louisa decided to push for 200 miles and she is 184.26 miles down.

You can support them both following the link below or you could start fundraising for us through our JustGiving page, just like John, Lily and Adam. Every penny helps us continue our essential work.

All money raised goes towards supporting people with childhood apraxia of speech.

John Wallace raised an amazing £1140 running in Exeter’s Great West Run on Sunday, in 31 degree heat! Absolutely amazing amount of money that will support people with Childhood Apraxia of Speech. Thank you for your continued support.
