Thank you to everyone who supported the quiz and curry night last night. The newly redecorated Skillington Village Hall looked magnificent, the curry was delicious and there were celebrations from our wooden spoon winners and our top scorers.

Does anyone have any old pictures of Skillington, or its people?

The village hall are looking to borrow old pictures to borrow, scan (then return) and make into large collage-type pictures.

Anything from the past that reflects the village or it's buildings, or it's people at work, at rest or at play.

This Saturday!

Today our willing volunteers have cleared the main hall ready for the first phase of our redecorating programme which starts next week. The hall is closed during this work and we will share pictures of the new, brighter hall when it's finished
