As a carer it can sometimes feel incredibly lonely, not knowing where to turn, not having someone to talk to and feeling like no one understands- this group is for all of us who feel like that.

Come share your stories and advice but most of all help each other 😍

Will be based at BLAST which is on Carter Lane in Shirebrook

Our first drop in will be Tuesday 25th March - 10am until 12pm

Pop in for a cup of tea and a chat, and also get some mindfulness advice from the lovely Lisa Flint

Calling all SEND parents with children aged 14+

Community Connectors service works alongside people to gain sustainable activities within their local community and provide opportunities to develop skills and interests and take part in activities. Travel training, build relationships and experience new things - I have attached contact details for anyone who wants to use the service or get more information

What can we do?

We can offer a friendly face wether that be for a chat and off load and help signposting to different services.
