Sherburn Community Larder Sherburn Community Larder provides food parcels and support to people experiencing food shortage in Sherburn in Elmet.

We are run by a team of passionate volunteers.

After a great session yesterday we would like to especially thank Cranswick Bacon and ID Logistics for their support. A big shout out to Tesco who allowed us to their facilities to convey the stock. We also had two anonymous donations yesterday. One for £50 and one for £10 - we would like to say a massive thank you to you both - we really appreciate your kind donations which will support our users greatly. We wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

The Sherburn Community Larder Food Bank would like to show our support for the Pop Up Food Bank at the Old Girls School on Saturday 20th Dec from 9 till 11. All are welcome

As part of our Christmas Social this Thursday 4th December, we’ll be supporting the brilliant work of the Sherburn Community Larder.

We’ll be allocating a table at the event to collect donations from anyone kind enough to contribute.

If you’re able to bring along any of these items to our meeting at MALT Bar & Deli, it would be hugely appreciated and will help support local families in need this winter. 💛

Thank you so much to all the residents of Sherburn and the neighbouring villages. We have emptied the collection boxes in and around and have banked £436.27 for the Community Larder. This will really help.
